Today Caitlyn found this green juice at Hannaford for a way better price than we could possibly make it for.  It is pretty awesome, basically just like the one Matt found last week you just need to get past the color and consistancy/viscosity and it is really good.  So for this 52 ounce bottle only $5.49

Reboot preparation

Okay, so we are all on board to juice and Alli, though not juicing yet, thought it would be a good idea to create a blog so we can all support each other and get through the 10 days.  So here it is.  I am putting a link to the website for Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead that has the juice plan options and menus.  After reading this I found that only the 3 day juice fast is juice only.  The others include a vegetarian diet of salads, nuts, and smoothies so this should make our lives easier.  I am going to put together a menu and make sure that I have what I need prepared before heading into next week.  Alright, feel free to post anything you want and good luck.
